A structured three-month sales programme — training, supervised work, then your own accounts. Paid monthly, worked from home, with flexible hours.
Selling software can be taught properly in three months. Building it cannot, and claiming otherwise would waste your time and ours. This is therefore the only internship programme we run, and we run it as a real one.
No sales background is expected. What is expected is that you are willing to speak to people every day and to act on feedback when you are told something was handled badly.
Final-year students, recent graduates, and anyone currently in a role they intend to leave who can commit three full months. If you have never sold anything professionally but you are the person your friends send in to negotiate, you are the profile we are looking for.
You do not sell what we cannot build, and you do not commit to a delivery date that has not been agreed internally. An oversold project returns to the person who promised it.
Give the honest answer and lose the deal. That is an acceptable outcome here and it will never be held against you.
No prior sales experience is required. You will need clear spoken English along with Hindi or Bengali, a willingness to be on the phone daily, and the ability to act on feedback. A laptop and a stable connection are required — if you do not have them, say so in the application.
Your stipend is a single fixed monthly figure, confirmed in writing before you begin and unchanged for the full three months. The figure is set individually, based on your availability and prior experience, which is why two interns in the same intake may be on different amounts. The training month is paid at the same rate as the other two.
Hours are flexible. There are no fixed office timings and no monitoring software.
Work assigned on a given day is completed on that day. If ten leads are assigned in the morning, they are worked the same day — at whatever hour suits you. If circumstances prevent it, inform your supervisor before the day ends. A delay that is communicated is never a problem; an unexplained one is.
Nexgino is a registered partner on skillindiadigital.gov.in, the Government of India skilling platform operated by NSDC under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. At the start of the internship you will be asked to create a free Skill India ID so that this programme is recorded against your national skilling profile. There is no cost and it takes a few minutes.
There is no charge for the training, the certificate, registration, equipment or a deposit. Payment flows from Nexgino to you and never in the other direction. Any internship that asks a student for money should be treated with suspicion.
The entire process is completed over email — there is no interview call and no office visit. Nexgino will never request a fee, a deposit, or an OTP at any stage.
