1. Who is responsible for your data

Nexgino Technology Solutions is the data fiduciary for the information described in this policy. Our registered office is at 155, Lenin Sarani, Room 307, 3rd Floor, Nigam Centre, Kolkata 700013, West Bengal, India. For anything relating to your personal data, including complaints, write to info@nexgino.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email us, create an account, apply for a role or engage us on a project, we collect the information needed for that interaction. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, project details, account profile information, and messages you send us.

Recruitment information. If you apply for a job or internship, the application can include your date of birth, city, education and institute, graduation year, skills, languages, availability, CV or resume, and optional public profile links. We use this information for recruitment and onboarding, not for unrelated advertising.

Identity, tax and payout verification. Some onboarding flows require identity or payment checks. Depending on the relationship, the system may process Aadhaar/DigiLocker verification results (including verification references, last four digits where returned, verified name, date of birth, address and verification photo), PAN/GST information, bank account number, IFSC, account-holder confirmation and related verification references. We do not ask you to email these details; use the protected onboarding flow provided to you.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security systems may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, requested page, timestamps and security events. Optional audience measurement and Google advertising tools are not loaded until you choose Accept all in the cookie banner. Blog pages also show banner ads from A-Ads and Adsterra; Adsterra and its partners may receive technical information such as IP address and browser type and may use cookies under their own policies (see our Cookie Policy).

Client project data. While delivering a project we may be given access to systems, databases, test accounts or content that contain personal data belonging to your users. We process that only on your instructions, for the purpose of delivering the agreed work, and under the confidentiality terms of the relevant project agreement.

We do not ask for banking passwords, card PINs, internet-banking credentials or health information. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or one-time passwords by ordinary email unless we specifically provide a secure channel for the purpose.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
To deliver, support and improve the services you have engaged us for.
To send you information you have specifically asked for.
To assess a job application.
To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.
To protect the site and our clients against fraud, abuse and security incidents.

Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary session/security storage where a feature requires it. Optional first-party audience measurement, Google Analytics or advertising scripts are only enabled after you choose Accept all in the cookie banner. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies in accordance with their own policies. Banner ads on blog pages come from A-Ads (no cookies, per A-Ads) and Adsterra (which may use cookies). You can change or clear your browser storage at any time. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate, such as web hosting, email, identity/KYC and bank-verification providers, cloud or meeting providers, analytics and similar infrastructure. They may process data only for the relevant service and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
A successor entity, if the business is ever transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. Transfers outside India

Some of the infrastructure we use may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider offers an appropriate level of protection and handles the data only for the purposes we have set.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are generally kept for up to twenty-four months. Project, agreement, invoice, tax and payment records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations. Job and internship applications are generally kept for up to twelve months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or you ask us to delete information that we no longer need. Identity/KYC and payout-verification records are retained only for as long as needed for onboarding, fraud prevention, contractual, tax or other applicable legal requirements.

8. How we protect it

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the size of our business. Access to client data is limited to team members who need it for the project. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your personal data we will act promptly and notify you and the relevant authority where required.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we are using it;
correct anything that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
stop processing based on consent, by withdrawing that consent;
nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Email info@nexgino.com with your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and, where practicable, sooner. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so we do not disclose information to the wrong person.

10. Grievance redressal

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at info@nexgino.com with "Grievance" in the subject line, or by post to 155, Lenin Sarani, Room 307, 3rd Floor, Nigam Centre, Kolkata 700013, West Bengal, India. We will acknowledge as soon as reasonably practicable and handle it in accordance with applicable law. Where a statutory escalation mechanism is available to you, we will provide the relevant information.

11. Young applicants

Our commercial services are primarily for adults and businesses, but some internship opportunities may be open to applicants under 18 where permitted. In those cases our onboarding flow can require a parent or guardian to be identified and involved before an agreement is completed. We limit the information collected to what is needed for the application, identity verification and engagement. If you believe information about a minor has been provided outside an appropriate application or onboarding process, contact us so we can review it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
