We are a small software company in Kolkata making apps, websites, games and marketing for real clients. Whatever you take on here is yours end to end — there is no layer of people between you and the person using what you built.
A structured three-month sales programme — training, supervised work, then your own accounts. Paid monthly, worked from home, with flexible hours.
Cut short-form and long-form video for our channels, our clients, and the courses.
Run our channels and our clients' — plan it, make it, post it, and read what happened.
Write the articles, pages and client copy — in a voice that sounds like a person, not a template.
Run Google and Meta ads for clients and for us, with the numbers on the table every week.
Get our clients and our own site found, and be able to show what changed and why.
Make the things that get seen first — thumbnails, ads, social creatives, short motion pieces.
Design app and web interfaces that ordinary people can use without being taught.
Keep client servers up, backed up, and boring.
Find what is broken before the client does, and write it down clearly enough to fix.
Build the game projects — mechanics, feel, and a build that actually ships to a store.
Build and maintain the CMS and store projects — properly, not with fifteen plugins stacked on top of each other.
Build Android and iOS apps for clients, from the first screen to the store listing.
Build and ship client websites and web apps end to end, with your work reviewed by someone who has done it before.
Turn designs into interfaces that stay fast on a mid-range Android phone and a patchy connection.
Own the hardest parts of our client applications and set how the rest of the code gets written.
Talk to businesses about what they actually need built, and be honest when the answer is less than they expected.
Build the pipeline — partnerships, outbound, and the client relationships that produce repeat work.
Be the person a client can reach, and the reason they stay.
Keep several client projects moving, and be the first to know when one is slipping.
Run hiring, onboarding and the day-to-day of a growing office.
Usually within a few days, and everybody gets an answer either way. A no is still an answer — we would rather send one than leave you refreshing your inbox.
No. We read what you have built and how you explain it. One live thing you can walk us through counts for more than a list of courses.
Really paid, and there is no fee anywhere — not for training, not for the certificate, not for a "registration". Money moves from us to you and never the other way. If an internship anywhere asks a student to pay, that is not an internship.
Yes — that is who it is for. You will be trained from zero, you will sit in on real calls before you make any, and your progress is reviewed with you every week rather than judged at the end.
Yes, one application per role. Applying to eight at once does not help you, though — we would rather read one application that is clearly about a job you want.
For a job: we read it, then a short call, then a small paid task so both sides can see how the work goes before anyone commits.
For the internship: no call. An offer letter by email with your monthly figure in it, a short KYC, an agreement you sign from your phone, then your learning portal login.
No. The internship has no interview call and no office visit — it all happens over email. So take your time over the written answers; they are what we go on.
No. Jobs are from the Kolkata office. The sales internship is from home — you need a phone, a laptop and a quiet corner.
Yes. Send your CV and a link to something you have made to info@nexgino.com. We keep the good ones and read them first when a role opens.
