Frontend Developer

Turn designs into interfaces that stay fast on a mid-range Android phone and a patchy connection.

Most of our users are on budget phones and uneven mobile data. A page that scores well on a laptop and stalls on a ₹10,000 handset is a page that failed.

You will work from designs, and you will push back on the ones that will not hold up on a 360px screen. Accessibility is part of the work: keyboard focus, contrast, and labels that a screen reader can read.

If you care about how something feels and not just whether it renders, this is the seat.

Requirements

HTML, CSS and JavaScript without a framework crutch. React or Vue for the app work. An eye for spacing, and the patience to check on a real device.

What you get

  • Work you own end to end, not one slice handed down to you
  • A small team — the person using what you built is one conversation away
  • The figure agreed before day one, never renegotiated after
  • Review from someone who has done the job, on real projects
