Link the form to a new spreadsheet; this sheet becomes the database. New users often forget to create headers that match the form fields, causing mismatched columns later. In production you’ll use these columns for point calculations.
Open the sheet and add extra columns for "Points" and "Status" – they will be updated by Zapier. Keeping a clean layout helps when you need to audit the referrals.
