Digital marketing agency in India.

Search, paid campaigns and social — run by people who also build the product, so we can tell the difference between a traffic problem and a website that does not convert.

Most agencies send you a report full of impressions, reach and engagement. None of those are money. The only numbers worth reporting are how many enquiries came in, what each one cost, and how many turned into work.

We have run user acquisition and retention for platforms at national scale — Rooter, India's largest gaming and esports streaming app, and KICK, a global live-streaming platform. The same discipline applies to a clinic in Kolkata: find out where the buyers already are, get in front of them, and measure what came back.

Marketing

What we do

Not all of it, and not all at once. We start with whichever channel is closest to money for your business.

Search engine optimisation

Technical fixes, a page for each thing you sell, content aimed at what buyers actually type, and the local signals that decide who shows up in city-level searches. Slow to start and the cheapest traffic you will ever own.

Google Ads

Search campaigns against buying intent, not brand awareness. Somebody typing what you sell is worth more than a hundred people who scrolled past a banner.

Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram, for products people discover rather than search for. Creative matters more than targeting here, and most budget is wasted on tired creative.

Social media management

Posting with a reason behind it. If the account is not bringing enquiries or making hiring easier, it is a hobby with a schedule.

App user acquisition

Install campaigns, store listing optimisation and retention work. This is what we did at scale for streaming platforms, and it is a genuinely different skill from web advertising.

Creative production

The ad itself — video, static, copy. The single biggest lever on paid performance, and the one most often handed to whoever is free.

How we report

Enquiries, not impressions

Every report leads with how many enquiries came in and what each cost. Everything else is supporting detail.

Tracking set up properly

Conversion tracking, call tracking and form tracking configured before spend starts. Without it you are buying traffic blind.

Monthly, in plain words

What we spent, what came back, what we changed and what we are doing next. No jargon, and no pages of screenshots to pad it out.

You own the accounts

Ad accounts, analytics and search console stay in your name. If you leave us, you keep the data and the history.

How we start

1

Look first

Before proposing anything, we look at what is already happening — traffic, rankings, past ad accounts. Half the time the fix is on the website, not in the ad account.

2

Pick one channel

Spreading a small budget across four channels gets you nothing on all four. We start where the buyers already are.

3

Fix the destination

There is no point sending paid traffic to a page that does not convert. If the landing page is the problem, we say so before spending your money.

4

Small test, then scale

A test budget to find what works, then weight spend behind it. Not a large budget spread evenly on guesses.

5

Report and cut

What is not working gets stopped rather than defended.

What decides the cost

There are two numbers in marketing and they are often confused: what you pay the platform, and what you pay us. Both matter.

Ad spend

Goes to Google or Meta, not to us. This should be the larger number, and if it is not, the split is wrong.

Which channels

SEO, search ads and social are separate workloads. One channel done properly beats three done thinly.

How competitive your market is

Some keywords cost multiples of others per click. This is set by your competitors, not by us.

Whether creative is included

Video and design production is real work. Running ads with creative you supply costs less.

How many campaigns

One offer in one city is straightforward. Multiple products across multiple regions is not.

Whether we are also fixing the site

Often the highest-return work in the first month, and it is a build cost, not a marketing one.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • You have something that already sells and want more of it.
  • You have run ads before and cannot tell whether they worked.
  • You want the reporting to be about enquiries rather than reach.
  • You are willing to fix the website if that is where the problem is.

Probably not a fit

  • You want followers as the goal in themselves.
  • You have no budget for the ads, only for the agency.
  • You want a guaranteed position on Google, which nobody can honestly promise.

Questions we get asked

How much should I spend on digital marketing?

Two separate numbers: the ad spend that goes to Google or Meta, and the fee for running it. The ad spend should be the larger of the two. If an agency fee is bigger than the media budget, very little of your money is reaching customers.

How long does SEO take to work?

Months, not weeks, and anyone saying otherwise is selling. Technical fixes can show up quickly; ranking for a competitive commercial term takes considerably longer and depends on how old and how linked your domain is.

Do you guarantee first page on Google?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell positions and does not take instructions from agencies. What we can commit to is the work, the reporting and stopping what is not producing.

Is SEO or Google Ads better to start with?

Ads if you need enquiries this month. SEO if you can wait and want traffic you are not renting. Most businesses should do ads first to learn which words actually convert, then build SEO around those.

Do you handle social media posting too?

Yes, when there is a reason for the account to exist. We will tell you if daily posting is unlikely to bring you work, because for many businesses it is not the best use of the same money.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are created in your name with your billing. You keep the history and the audiences if you ever stop working with us.

Tell us what you are selling and to whom.

We will tell you which channel is closest to money for you, even if it is not one we run.
