Create a sheet with columns: Email, First Name, Status, Sent Day 1…7. Beginners often forget to set the header row as plain text, causing Zapier to mis‑read column names. Use data validation for the Status column (e.g., Active, Unsubscribed).
In production, the sheet acts as the single source of truth. Any change – a new lead or an unsubscribe – is reflected instantly for the automation to act upon.
