In Zapier, create a new Zap with the trigger ‘New Spreadsheet Row’ pointing to your contact sheet. Beginners often select the wrong worksheet or forget to enable “Trigger on existing rows”, leading to missed contacts.
The trigger fires only when a row is added or updated. For a nurture sequence you’ll later use the “Update Row” action to move the contact through the days, so make sure the sheet has a stable header row.
