Write a script search_scraper.py that accepts a keyword, calls the API, and saves the top 10 results to a CSV file. Beginners often forget to handle pagination, but for this project we limit to one page. Include error handling for quota limits and network failures. The CSV will later be imported into pandas for cleaning, so ensure column headers are consistent (title, url, snippet). This mirrors how agencies store raw audit data before analysis.
