Compute NAP consistency by comparing business name, address, phone across the scraped results. Use simple string similarity (difflib.SequenceMatcher). Beginners often misuse case‑sensitive comparison, inflating inconsistency scores. Also calculate average rating from the My Business data. These KPIs are what clients care about: a low citation count or poor NAP consistency flags immediate action items.
